They are unique
useful
urgent
ultraspecific.
The headline should essentially grab the reader by the eyeball.
And then we expand upon the headline.
Upon expanding on our headlines, the idea is to establish credibility. I mean, if people dont believe the service/product that you are selling then it's entirely pointless.
Lastly bribe them to read on and take action. :)
